Join our team as a Human Resources Manager for a family owned luxury resort! This position is for someone who can keep up with a fast-paced environment during the high season. You'll work closely with the company's HR Director and be a part of the great culture within the team. Your pivotal role will involve spearheading and executing all HR initiatives to align with the property's strategic objectives, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to legal compliance, drive HR IT systems, handle records, support performance management, manage employee relations, and overseeing compensation and benefits

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Administration, Business Management, or Hospitality Management
  • 3+ years experience in a related field, within a hotel, resort or country club
  • Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office, HR IT Software and tools
  • Facilitate HR best practices and employment legislation, adept at managing employee relations within legal parameters
  • Sound grasp of business operations and strategy, capable of aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive success
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis, trend identification, and making informed, data-driven decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other departments
