We are seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager for our 4-diamond luxury property.

Successful candidates are enthusiastic salespeople, and are goal-driven, competitive types and love to succeed.

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • You must possess strong selling skills and a proven ability to close business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with current and potential clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years hotel sales experience.
  • Looking for hospitality or sales experience Delphi, Cvent & Knowland working knowledge is a plus

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales solicitation for new and repeat business.
  • Constantly strive to maintain hotel standards.
  • To respond promptly to all inquiries and correspondence from customers, prospects, and lead referrals.
  • To respond promptly to requests by the Area Director of Sales for reports and other assignments.
  • To be aware of the competition and able to sell against them.
  • Territorial responsibilities representing deployment plan.
