We are working with a highly reputable client who is seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Chef to lead the team at one of their assisted living communities. If you are an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for creativity, and you want to make a positive impact on those around you, then we want to hear from you! 

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH & FOH teams
  • Effectively manage food and labor costs
  • Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation daily
  • Create and execute high-quality daily menus for residents
  • Partner closely with the Executive Director to deliver exceptional culinary program

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a country club, hotel, or restaurant. The ideal candidate would have experience working in country clubs
  • High level of culinary and creative skills with some FOH experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability
  • Experience working with residents in a community or private membership clubs
  • Must have a high level of professionalism and polish
  • Ability to create a positive working environment for FOH and BOH teams
  • A Culinary degree is preferred
