Restaurant Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Stable work history with 2+ years as EC or EKM
  • Systems, Recipe adherence; Creative!
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team
  • Drive operations standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage costs, systems, recipe adherence, kitchen standards + ticket times
  • High energy and passion for company standards
