Great opportunity to join a successful management team of an established, innovative, multi-unit, multi-concept F&B Management Group. This is the chance for a driven, energetic personality with a hands-on approach to advance to the next level. Our current need is for a strong Restaurant General Manager for an Upscale Property in Midtown.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations as a General Manager for this busy upscale hotel
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Take disciplinary actions as needed
  • Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience

General Manager Requirements:

  • Winning personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale Hotel environment 
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Labor & compliance knowledge
  • Experience in employee relations
  • Systems knowledge (Tip Haus, Hot Schedules, Craftable, Micros preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple concepts
  • Strong motivation and great work ethic
  • Great tenure – demonstrated progress at prior jobs
