An industry-leading beauty tool and skincare client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing team.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements

  • Must be willing to relocate to South Florida and work on-site
  • A proven track record of executing and deploying performance testing and promotional campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Editor, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on key KPIs including CPS, CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, Repeat Rate, etc.
  • Budget management experience with at least $500k per month in performance-focused paid media for one company
  • Ability to run clean multivariate creative, audience, and landing page tests

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, paid search, and shopping channels.
  • Develop, optimize, test, and report paid search, meta, YouTube, display, native, direct mail, affiliate, and CTV campaigns.
  • Explore and innovate with existing and new channels–we welcome innovative ideas!
  • Provide insights on high-performing ads while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as creative, education, retention, and customer experience
  • Optimize campaigns incrementally by developing hypotheses and running tests
