Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in multi-unit restaurant management in full service restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and cost control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple restaurant locations within a designated area.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency across all locations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management teams.
  • Implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budget adherence.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
