Maintenance Mechanic Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience with heavy equipment diagnostics and repair
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and interpreting outputs
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
- Expertise in electrical, hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions
- Ability to coordinate multiple technicians on complex projects
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, drivetrain, hydraulic, HVAC, brake, engine, and suspension systems
