*******Shift: Day or split shift – Typically 9am-9pm 3×12 – Traveler must be flexible as the shift need can be for days, split shifts, or 4×10 – The schedules are Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed Mobile Unit: Prefers candidates that can work the mobile outreach unit but open to receiving candidates who will only work at the hospital Radiological Technologist with CT experience or Willing to Train 25 bed Acute Care/Critical Access hospital. Must be flexible with hours Some Call ARRT (R) and (CT) BLS NM License the clinician will be required to bring and display their state license on site in the department. copies will not be accepted. ***WITH OPTION TO WORK Mobile Outreach Details: • They will primarily work at the main facility. However, the outreach program will be 1-2 times a month at different locations within New Mexico. All billable hours will still be billed to the main location- Miner Colfax whether they are worked at a different location. • The facility does not reimburse for out-of-state licenses. The traveler is responsible for an out-of-state license, as a non-employee of MCMC. • All payments are made to Qualivis, following Qualivis reimbursement of the traveler. • Receipts are needed for all items requested for reimbursement and should be submitted immediately following the trip. • The traveler is able to be reimbursed for meal and hotel receipts during the trip. • Hotels are expected to be $79-$125, anything beyond that requires pre-approval. • Meals over $55/day required pre-approval. • If the traveler drives independently for the trip, mileage reimbursement is available, at $.45/mile. The traveler is also welcomed to ride with the Black Lung & Outreach staff, in a State vehicle. • All receipts need to be sent to billingquestions@qualivis immediately. Once Qualivis confirms it was received we can pay to the candidate. Candidates are responsible for their Utah and Wyoming state licenses
