Do you like to shake things up or do you prefer to stir? We need a cocktail King or Queen to reign in our mixology mastery!
Corporate Mixologist Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a corporate Beverage master position (or something similar that makes sense)
- Experience in Luxury and Boutique hotels
- Experience creating and delivering training and development plans
- Experience with writing, costing, and standardizing recipes
- Experience with negotiating alcohol prices
- Retail alcohol sales experience a big plus
Corporate Mixologist Responsibilities:
- Create, cost, and standardize cocktail recipes and presentations
- Negotiate prices for all alcohol products, create inventory pars and standards
- Manage beverage costs and coordinate with operations leaders on product controls
- Work with operations leaders to analyze beverage costs, trends, and opportunities
- Travel throughout New Mexico to different locations to train and develop cocktail programs
