Chef de Cuisine Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 2 Years of High-Volume Senior Sous Chef experience
- High energy, positive mindset, and enthusiasm for high volume a must
- Strong operator with solid communication skills
- Can lead and train line cooks in a diverse, respectful kitchen
- Admin and P&L understanding
