We are seeking a Senior Retail Manager to oversee our newly opened Cultural Center retail operation.

Retail Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the store and implementing strategies to enhance the visitor experience while maximizing revenue.
- Retail Operations Management
- Merchandising and Product Selection
- Customer Experience:
- Financial Management
- Team Leadership and Development
Retail Manager Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Retail Management experience preferably in a Museum, Cultural Center or similar attraction.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and merchandising strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Creative flair and a keen eye for product selection and visual merchandising.
