Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications:
- 3 years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant environment, including bar/beverage program
- Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
- A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and “plant roots” in a community
- P+L/financial accountability experience
