We are in search of an experienced Construction Project Manager with exceptional estimating skills to lead our construction projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing large-scale construction projects efficiently and effectively, while also providing precise cost estimates. This position demands outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, along with the capability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Construction Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000

Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues to prevent delays or cost overruns
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams and collaborate across departments
Construction Project Manager Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, focusing on commercial or industrial projects
- Proven expertise in estimating and cost management, including proficiency with estimating software and tools
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
