Rapidly growing organization in the Tyson’s area is looking for an Human Resources Data Analyst to support their team.

 

Human Resources Data Analyst Benefits and Compensation:

Human Resources Data Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of bachelors degree in HR, statistics, data science or related field
  • 5+ years with HR business data and analytical techniques
  • Identify and measure HR metrics including retention, turnover, diversity, etc.
  • Perform analysis using Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau and other analytic tools.
  • Gather and format HR data from HRIS, ATS, surveys and other sources.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations of HR data for key stakeholders.
  • MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SECURITY CLEARANCE
