Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals
- Generate new business and expand existing client base
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Title & Escrow sales
- Proven track record of sales achievement, plus an existing book of business
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry
