Sales Managers Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
- Proven reliability and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support a team-oriented environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Sales Generation: Drive sales through effective strategies, achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our exquisite jewelry collections, educating both staff and clients.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every client receives exceptional service, creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of excellence, motivating and leading the sales team to perform at their best
