We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development in Contract Food Services to join our client’s organization supporting the New England / Northeast region. They are a purpose-driven quality-focused food service company making waves in education. If that LIGHTS YOU UP, apply today!

Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Implement successful sales strategies and work as a team to meet sales goals
  • Utilize CRM to track viable leads for a 3-year prospecting pipeline
  • Oversee financial viability through analysis of RFPs/RFIs
  • Develop proposals for client prospects
  • Utilize research to identify opportunity for sales process improvement
  • Attend client prospect meetings and build strong relationships

Director of Business Development Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales
    • At least 3 years in contract food service sales for k-12 schools
  • Passion for people-first customer service
  • Experience developing proformas or financial analysis capabilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience with analyzing and assessing RFPs/RFIs
  • Creative and self-motivated
