Front of House Manager Opportunity – Upscale Restaurant
This respected restaurant, renowned for its hospitality, seeks a skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, including reservations, staff scheduling, guest relations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with the General Manager for smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of front-of-house management experience in fine-dining or polished-upscale restaurants (Steak House experience preferred, but not required).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service and a passion for exceeding expectations.
