Exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our construction client’s team!

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws
- Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding and benefits management
- Handle insurance renewals and maintain records
- Perform cash management, including collections and reconciliations
- Support financial statement preparation and monthly close processes
- Maintain compliance with tax filings and project documentation
- General office management duties
Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with Sage 100 accounting software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Effective communication skills
