  POSITION OVERVIEW:

  Assess and repair equipment and machinery in the DC

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend to work orders schedules by Supervisor

  ntt

  • Preventive maintenance and repair of all material handling equipment and conveyors in the facility

  ntt

  • Trouble shooting all equipment, including electric motors and controls

  ntt

  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, spare parts procedures, inventory control and electronics, i.e., board and prom replacement

  ntt

  • Ability to work with little supervision

  ntt

  • Perform all jobs safely

  ntt

  • Well organized to fill out and perform work orders

  nt

  nnt

  QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  nnt

  ntt
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

  ntt

  • Electrical motor control; strong electrical/mechanical skills; 30 – 480V

  ntt

  • 5 – 8 years of progressive mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing environment

  ntt

  • Excellent welding, soldering and cutting torch skills

  ntt

  • Accountable for all spare parts, supplies, materials, tools and equipment. Keys to facility

  ntt

  • Machines and Equipment used: Hand tools, drills, grinders, saws, multimeter, tachometer, welder, solderer, cutting torch, vigrator analyzer, hydraulic gear puller, electric forklifts, pallet jacks, platform lifts, and PLCs

  ntt

  • Heavy lifting

  ntt

  • Overtime as required, able to work shifts and weekends
