The analyst represents business needs to their team by providing a deeper technical understanding of business process flows and desired outcomes.
Analysts help define improvements to business processes, assist decision makers in gathering information to make decisions. Increase application quality by testing solutions including assist developers creating automated tests, assist software testers with test plans and execution. Define production system operation tools such as operational dashboards, active and actionable alert conditions, process run-books and other system documentation.
Required Skills:
Must have at least 5 years or more working as a Business or Systems Analyst
Must have experience working in an enterprise organization
Experience working within the Agile Framework
Strong SQL Query skills
Experience supporting financial applications and/or experience working on a financial ERP implementation/migration project
Should be skilled with the MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio
