An established non-profit in the Los Angeles area (90025) is looking for a benefits specialist to help with all functions of benefits. This role can be hybrid flexible once settled in.
Responsibilities:
Routine tasks/administration for entire benefits package
Use related HR software along with vendor portals
Ongoing benefit policy revisions
Understands federal and state laws including FMLA/DCFMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, OSHA
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in benefits/compensation roles
Comfortable making decisions independently
Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously
