IRL Scrub Tech needed for a well-respected regional medical group in the Palm Springs area. This is a great time to join this team of medical professions that go over and above for their employees and patients. Our client is looking for passionate and self-motivated Interventional Radiology Scrub Techs with at least 2 years of experience working in this sector. The tech will be scrubbing in with the physician and assisting with procedures as a part of a team that performs peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures; including but not limited to preparing the supply tray, passing guide wires and catheters, and operating the table and fluoroscopic equipment. The tech will also participate in “on call” rotation.
To qualify for this position, you must :
- Have graduated from an Accredited Educational Program in Diagnostic Radiology Technology approved by the American Medical Association and the American College of Radiology
- 1-year prior Scrub Tech experience; 2 Years Radiology Tech
- CRT, Fluoro License (within 6 months of hire), and American Heart Association BLS
- ARRT Certification: Preferred: CV OR CI CERTIFICATE
