As a Bindery Assistant, you’ll operate the machinery used to finalize production on printed materials such as vehicle manuals, various books, and religious publications.
A typical day as a Bindery Assistant includes:
- Performing a variety of hand operations such as gathering and inserting materials for binding
- Loading machines with printed signatures
- Removing printed signatures and books from machinery to pack for shipment
- Maintaining production, quality, and report standards set by the company
- Performing general housekeeping tasks
- Adhering to safety rules and procedures at all times

- Have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Maintain a steady working pace without sacrificing quality
- Can read and execute simple instructions
- Are able to accurately add, subtract, and count
- Understand the importance of a safe working environment

We offer Bindery Assistants:
- A pay rate of $16-$17/hour
- Full-time work on all shifts
