Come join the team at Opus Packaging, where you will help manufacture and assemble corrugated packaging that other companies use to ship and display their products. In this role, you will assemble and palletize containers to be shipped out. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, job that requires standing for the entire shift.
Successful Package Assemblers:
- Enjoy working at a steady pace to make the workday fly by
- Are self-motivated and can work without direct supervision
- Like to stay busy and seek out things to do without having to be directed
- Are team-oriented problem-solvers
Package Assemblers must:
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and felony-friendly background check
- Be able to work on their feet and perform repeated bending, lifting, and twisting
- Have reliable transportation and impeccable attendance
- Typical schedule is Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm
- Be able to work all scheduled hours, including OT as mandated
