Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.
- Maintain grounds.
- Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.
- Performing inventory on repair supplies.
- Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized.
Electrical Experience:
- HVAC experience.
- Electrical wiring experience.
- License Contractor is plus.
- Replacing electrical appliances.
- Performing routine maintenance and fixing any faulty wiring.
