Responsibilities: Monitor and assess critically ill patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other health indicators continuously. Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed, ensuring correct dosages and patient reactions. Collaborate with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans. Provide support for life-sustaining equipment like ventilators, dialysis machines, and intravenous pumps, ensuring proper function.
