Signs the MDS forms to signify completion of the process. Maintains residents’ selfesteem, privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Assists to maintain safe, pleasant, orderly resident living areas. Completes nursing portion of MDS and reviews for completion and validity of entire process. Queries other members for accuracy of MDS; and provides final quality check prior to MDS transmission. Receives and shares information. Observes and reports residents’ conditions. Communicates with physicians using center/campus systems. Directs and assists with co-worker, resident, family/significant other education.
