TravelNurseSource is working with Infojini Healthcare to find a qualified OR RN in Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87507 Pay Information $1,978 per week About The Position ID: 52867645 Shift: 12 hours – varied Description: 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) – NO LOCAL TRAVELERS -Please only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility. Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. 2 years experience current required in large OR. Ortho, ENT, and/or vascular experience a plus. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. CERTIFICATIONS: BLS required. PALS and ACLS preferred. BLS, (ACLS, and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Candidate must be able to scrub. SHIFT: Varied Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends, on call, and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. ORIENTATION: Is the first week of the contract, not to exceed40 total hours, and includes EPIC training (Epic test out available if has used Epic in last six months) SCRUBS: Required and provided.
