Job Summary:

The Principal IT Program Manager leads the project management team, sets strategic direction, and manages project resources. Acts as the primary liaison between customers and the department, offering process expertise and coaching Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management and ensure timely task completion.
  • Provide process expertise and project leadership.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • 10 years in IT Project Management.
  • Experience with Enterprise IT Programs, Portfolio Management, Executive Reporting, and Conflict Resolution.
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • Preferred: Local to Nashville.

Technical Capabilities:

  • Expert in Project Communications, Coordination, Management, and Planning.
  • Develops best practices and improves project productivity.

  • Established and managed Enterprise Information Technology Programs 
    • Application Development
    • Application Integration (Workday, Microsoft, HR & Financial systems, HealthCare systems, other SaaS, etc)
    • Cybersecurity & Identity
    • Network
    • Data & Storage
    • Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc)
