Job Title: Change Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading change initiatives and a certification in Prosci or an equivalent methodology. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes, enhancing overall business performance, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Change Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess the impact of changes on various departments and stakeholders and devise mitigation strategies.

Change Implementation:
- Lead and support the execution of change initiatives, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and analyze stakeholder groups affected by change initiatives.
- Develop and execute engagement plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and feedback mechanisms.

Training and Support:
- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to support employees through the change process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to managers and team members to address resistance and facilitate smooth transitions.

Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Track and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, including assessing adoption rates and overall impact.
- Prepare and present reports on change management progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in change management.
- Recommend and implement improvements to change management processes and tools based on lessons learned and feedback.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in change management or a related role, with a focus on mid to large-scale organizational changes.
- Proven experience applying change management methodologies in real-world scenarios.

Certifications:
- Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent certification in change management methodologies.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with change management software/tools.
