Job Purpose: Under general supervision, develops and facilitates learning and talent development programs and provide consultation/coaching to managers and teams regarding performance, employee engagement, career development, and team effectiveness. Ensures efficient learning management and continuous improvement with HR technologies related to performance, learning, and competency management.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, related field of study, or equivalent work experience
2. 2+ years of experience in the areas of designing and administering education and training programs
3. Extensive experience in reporting utilizing SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in Business administration or related field of study
2. Ability to work with multi-functional areas
3. Self-starter that takes actions without instructions
4. Ability to make fundamental and prudent decisions
5. Provide analysis that is flexible and cost effective
6. Ability to comprehend business and employee needs and clearly and concisely express responses to those needs to gain acceptance

Primary (Essential) Job Functions (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.):
1. Consult with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct performance analyses to compare actual/ideal performance levels, and identifying when education is/is not an appropriate intervention to address a performance gap.
2. Assist clients and stakeholders to question their assumptions, determine their needs, and plan implementation strategies for achieving their goals.
3. Manage multiple projects by assessing, planning, negotiating, organizing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation process through the development and execution of documented project plans.
4. Consult on the best combination of instructional methods, which may include formal course development (instructor led, virtual instructor led, e-learning) to deliver the education.
5. Manage all phases of instructional systems design including analyzing, designing, developing and evaluating education deliverables.
6. Apply principles of adult learning to create engaging programs that help learners apply skills and behaviors on the job.
7. Record, edit and produce video and audio content for delivery via the web.
8. Provide basic consulting services with guidance or counsel from senior practitioners.
9. Ability to meet attendance requirements.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help our Agile Teams become more mature and efficient by using product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance. This role involves facilitating self-assessments, conducting Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, and tracking the frequency of releases.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Agile teams to perform self-assessments and develop action plans for improvements.
Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to gauge team satisfaction and areas for growth.
Track and analyze the frequency of product releases and other relevant metrics.
Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote Agile best practices.
Support the continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the organization.
Serve as a mentor and coach to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of Agile practices with business goals.
Provide regular reports on team performance and progress towards goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
Agile certification(s) such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous coaching experience in an Agile environment.
Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or similar.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Background in the energy sector or experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
