What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Paid Search & Affiliate Senior Manager passionate about achieving results through best practices in campaign execution and data-driven performance enhancements.
This individual should possess deep expertise in managing direct-to-consumer marketing programs, including PPC, SEM, Affiliate/Partner marketing, and mobile app initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing high-growth strategies for acquiring new customers across paid search and affiliate channels.
Responsibilities Include:
Paid Search Management
- Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SA360
- Leverage data and insights to improve KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and quality scores
- Restructure paid search campaigns for optimal performance as needed
- Conduct extensive keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and manage bids to maximize ROAS
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on performance data
- Implement test strategies for paid search (including bidding and ad copy) and report findings monthly
Affiliate Marketing
- Manage all aspects of the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management with affiliate partners
- Cultivate relationships with affiliates, networks, and industry-specific publishers
- Recruit top-performing affiliates, negotiate competitive commission structures, and expand the affiliate program strategically
- Provide affiliates with the necessary resources to drive high-quality traffic and conversions
Data Analysis
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to regularly prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI to internal stakeholders
- Monitor competitors’ marketing tactics, ad creatives, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to include competitive and market trends in the development of campaign briefs
Budget Management
- Assist in developing and managing budgets for paid search and affiliate marketing campaigns
- Optimize resource allocation for effective spending and maximum impact
- Support overall performance marketing budget management
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure strict compliance with financial industry regulations and best practices in paid search and affiliate marketing
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain industry standards
The Skills You Bring
- Paid Search Proficiency: Mastery of platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant PPC channels
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret marketing metrics and optimize campaigns. Competitive analysis is particularly important in this role
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to Detail: Precision in campaign setup and monitoring
- Experience managing large budgets and complex accounts across multiple paid search platforms.
- Problem-Solving: The capacity to identify and address issues, adapt to market changes, and find solutions to challenges
- Team Collaboration: The ability to collaborate effectively with other teams, such as product, as well as design and content teams, to align marketing efforts with the company’s goals. This role will work closely with marketing strategy, data analytics, and display/social leads as well

- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Looker Studio and Power BI
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising experience
- 2+ years of managing affiliate/partner programs. Impact experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, business, or a related field is desired
- Certifications: Industry-related certifications, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications, can demonstrate expertise in paid search management
