Job Title: HR/Payroll Senior Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote
Job-Type: Contract

Position Overview:
Gravity is looking for HR/Payroll Implementation Consultant to spearhead our client’s software implementation efforts.
The successful candidate will possess experience managing the implementation of HR payroll software, specifically with benefit enrollment. Experience in the healthcare space implementing various HR software with customer facing experience is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage the implementation of our client’s software into their various customer systems
· Assist in project planning, developing timelines and milestones to ensure that the implementation is smooth and on schedule
· Work closely with HR, payroll, and IT to gather requirements and address concerns through the implementation process
· Working closely with internal IT teams, configure the HR payroll software according to the organization’s specifications around employee data, payroll, and reporting requirements
· Travel to client sites to assist onsite when needed
Required Experience & Skills:
· 7+ years of experience working with HR and payroll software, with hands on management of the implementation process
· 7+ years of experience working in a client facing capacity with the customer, ensuring the correct gathering of requirements and specifications
· 7+ years of experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
· 7+ years of experience in an analytical and problem-solving environment, providing a high level of communication with your team to accomplish tasks
· Bachelors degree from an accredited 4 year institution is preferred
