Junior Compliance Officer

Our client are an independent AIFM who are currently scaling up their business, becoming a specialised third-party AIFM. At present they are looking for a junior Compliance Officer to help the team with day-to-day management and oversight of Private Equity & Real Estate portfolios, reporting directly to the Conducting Officer.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and processes
- Advise the business on all matters of compliance
- Review and implement the compliance monitoring plan
- Perform due diligence on delegates
- Perform KYC, KYT, AML monitoring
Experience required:
- 2+ years’ experience in Compliance in an AIFM
- Knowledge of Real Estate/Private Equity/Alternatives
- Experienced in performing AML/KYC monitoring
- Good communication, fluent in English
- Team-player and entrepreneurial spirit
