What’s a typical day as a Financial Analyst III / Lease Payment Analyst? You’ll be:

  • Teaming with cross-functional members to develop a financially sound business plan
  • Managing operating expenses and headcount to budget and understanding and  communicating the key drivers to YOY and QOQ growth
  • Developing well thought out forecasts and variance analyses
  • Producing timely and relevant reports and analyses to help senior management make well-informed decisions
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting and business commentary for Sales financial planning and analysis
  • Continuously improving processes
  • Executing lease payments and ensuring timely payments to our landlords
  • Ensuring payments are accounted for in accordance with the FASBs new lease accounting standard, ASC 842
  • Participating in new system integrations, management reporting, and ensuring compliance to the new standard and internal processes and policies
  • Partnering with business partners and supplies to drive best finance practices worldwide and acting as a liaison between the business and finance to support and drive operational efficiencies
  • Managing end to end processing of landlord billings in Tririga, including vendor on boarding, banking updates, invoice processing and tracking of past dues
  • Reconciliation and review of landlord statements to identify and correct any payment issues
  • Maintaining SLAs and achieving KPIs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • A BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounts Payable
  • Relevant work experience in real estate or lease payments (preferred)
  • MacOS & iOS skills
  • Strong systems experience in SAP (Tririga preferred)
  • Fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • An ability to solve problems and effectively prioritize one’s workload; executing multiple tasks and adapting to a global, dynamic environment; comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • A high attention to detail; strong analytical and solution- oriented skills
  • Proficiency in financial systems, reporting and tools – Tableau, SAP, intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong people skills to partner effectively at all levels of the organization
  • The ability to build effective business partnerships and be an excellent team player
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
