Hours: 1st shift
Contract Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: 9a – 5p OR 11a – 7p
What’s a typical day as an On-Site Client Service Representative? You’ll be:
Answers incoming calls from clients and/or creditors relating to services, including inquiries for debt management and financial education information.
Resolve client issues via a Daily Issues Report within guidelines.
Contact creditors that have not responded or accepted proposals.
Contact clients that have missing documentation, add accounts or reinstates.
Adhere to the appropriate phone monitoring guidelines when speaking with clients.
Comply with all standard operating procedures established to support key metrics and quality assurance.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Have a H.S Diploma or Equivalent;
Minimum of 1 year of high volume call center experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proficient computer knowledge, mathematical aptitude and problem solving skills.
