Kelly® is currently seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Social services organization in Hartford, CT.

Job Type: Full-time  
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (With some flexibility)
Pay: $20/ + HR

JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist in coordination and management of the full life cycle of recruitment within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supports/Assists the TA Manager with outreach efforts and implementation of overall hiring strategy.
  2. Under the TA Manager’s direction, works with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant to post vacancies and source active and passive candidates.
  3. Assists with building networks and developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, where applicable.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred; High School Diploma/Equivalent

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years’ recruiting experience for Bachelors; for High School Diploma/Equivalent minimum of 5-6 years direct experience
  • Human services/healthcare setting experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, attracting, assessing and onboarding high quality human services professionals.
