Kelly is working with a SURGICAL SUPPLY CO in Brockton, MA. We are looking for a Machine Operator/Cleanroom Technician.
This is a 1st shift position. 6 AM to 2:30 M-F and be willing to work overtime if needed.
The pay rate is $19.00/hr.
JOB SUMMARY: The machine Operator / Clean Room Technician is responsible for operating the semi-automated packaging equipment along with cleaning, preparing, and assembling various products per work order instructions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Perform machine start-up, adjustment, and cleaning activities
2. Perform sample pull testing at the start and end of shifts
3. Load rolls of raw material into equipment and properly feed material through the equipment
4. Complete all testing, production, and cleaning documentation
5. Monitor and respond to machine issues as needed
6. Perform minor troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
7. Follow lockout / tagout (LOTO) protocol
8. Clean, prepare, and assemble products per work order instructions
9. Ensure the quality of the final product
10. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
11. Report defective material or questionable conditions to the department group leader
12. Communicate the status of the operation in a timely manner to management including any safety and/or process problems
13. Follow detailed instructions
14. Wear appropriate clean room attire
EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Previous clean room experience a plus
Prior machine operator experience
Former packaging equipment experience is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to read and write in English Other duties as assigned.
