Work hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm
- Remote Work after 4- weeks of training onsite in Valley City, Ohio
Pay rate: $15, during training, $16 per hour once trained and working remotely.

What’s a typical day like as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Answer basic questions and assist customers with equipment replacements and inquires.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Call center experience preferred but not required, will train anyone that has retail / food industry customer service experience
- Ability to learn and understand work instructions, diagrams/blueprints preferred but it is not required
- Basic level Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
- Must be by able to type at least 30 wpm, data entry is key part of this role.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and relate well to customers and system tools
