Shift: 1st shift Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 3:30pm
*Ability to be on call 7days/24hours for security and maintenance*
Pay: Up to $32/hour
What is a typical day as a Maintenance Mechanic? You will:
- Perform general and preventative maintenance to a variety of facilities systems, components, and structures
- Assist and lead activities in the maintenance of the building and equipment
- Maintain boiler operation, hot water systems, and industrial piping and valves
- Coordinate maintenance of cooling towers and related equipment
- Maintain induction and air handling units
- Maintain facility logbooks in accordance with cGmp’s in an FDA regulated environment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- Knowledge of electrical power distribution systems; HVAC systems, plumbing building codes and requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of boiler operation, hot water systems, process equipment, and industrial piping and calves
- Basic knowledge of pipe cutting and welding
- 5 years in mechanical field preferred
- Stationary Engineer License preferred
- Basic computer skills
