Our client provides specialized document solutions, with an emphasis on the non-residential segment of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry. Currently seeking a Managed Print Services Assistant Coordinator to join their Seattle/Bellevue staff – they are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to assist in our document scanning department.
Position(s): MPS Assistant Coordinator
Location: Seattle, WA 98134
Hours: 8am-5pm (OT as needed)
Days: Mon-Fri
Length: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $21-24/hr
Dress code: Casual Attire / Mask required

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assemble and install large and small format machines
- Diagnose and perform minor repairs to assist a technician
- Record service calls including materials and service calls in the Fleet Manager system
- Assist and participate in Facilities Management/MPS customer installs and removals of large & small format equipment
- Participate in customer site visits and meetings with clients to complete accurate site surveys
- Report and record inventory levels
- Maintain customer hardware and software by responding to emergency service requests including diagnosing problems, completing repairs, and/or recommending solutions
- Maintain established departmental processes; recommend procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of machines
- Continuously update job knowledge by completing required training and re-certification; participate in educational opportunities
- Build and foster sound relationships with internal and external customers and vendors
- Provide customers with clear proactive information on service issues
- This position is required to drive and must complete a background check which includes a drug screening and DMV record pull.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma, but an Associate’s degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of related field and technical managed print services/facilities experience, including experience installing, maintaining, removing, and placement of large and small format machines in customer locations
- Professional, business-level written and oral communication skills including interpersonal skills that yield positive results
- Proficient problem solving and conflict resolution skills that yield positive results
- Proficient experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 100 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to travel to customer locations in the assigned geographic area
