Information Analyst (RFID Tag)
Location: Sacramento, CA (on-site)
Duration: 12 months

Kelly Technology is currently recruiting for a RFID Tag Analyst to work on-site in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have experience with supporting handheld Scanner/iPads, RFID tags, Vocera Badges, and Pagers. Prior experience with inventory management and asset tagging.  Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30 – 40 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • This position provides day to day support of RFID tags, Vocera Badges, and Pagers.
  • This position will be responsible for working daily battery replacements, activating tags, running daily reports for batteries, incident tickets and service requests.
  • Providing technical analysis and troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot skills to resolve issues.
  • This position is responsible for equipment and inventory control.
  • Requires excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. 
  • Test tag functionality.
  • Physically replace batteries and place tags on/in assets.
  • Update Mobileview application.
  • Manage and maintain inventory. 

 
Qualifications: 
Detailed knowledge of Windows OS, Apple OS, word and excel etc.
Experience operating handheld Scanner/IPAD
Basic knowledge of incident response procedures
Demonstrated skills to apply security controls to computer software and hardware
Schedules work to minimize disruptions to customer operations.
Ability to work well with others and communicate in a meaningful way to management, peers and customers.
Conduct self in a professional, courteous manner, representing the department in a positive way.
Ability to work with independence, set priorities, organize work to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines. multi-task
 
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the design, development and application of technology and systems to meet business needs
Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner
Analyst will be required to support, troubleshoot and /or resolve issues escalated.
Experience troubleshooting and configuring wired and wireless communication equipment and related computer equipment, including application and operating systems software.
Analyst will be required to be constantly communicating in a courteous manner while coordinating work in progress and informing customers of updates.
Schedules work to minimize disruptions to customer operations.
