Kelly has a fantastic opportunity for an Accounting Specialist with a leading Manufacturer in Rochester, NY. This is a Contract position, with possible hire, with a pay rate based on experience. Our great partner is looking for someone comfortable with Processing Payroll, AP/AR experience, and the ability to provide additional administrative support. This is an immediate need.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Accounts Receivable/Payable – Include bank reconciliation, submitting reports to bank, assist in month end closing
• Payroll – Assist in preparing payroll is reviewing timesheets and entering totals in an excel spreadsheet and ADP.
• Administrative – cycle counting inventory, key punching data into ERP system. Answer phones as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and process orientated
• Excellent team player, listener with strong presentation skills, and a top-level communicator at all levels
• ERP system – accounting and full understanding of systems
Education and Experience:
• Associates degree in Business or Accounting preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Basic knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Office, and other key software tools, including ADP.
