Kelly Services is seeking a Production Manager / Energy Operations Analyst for a Contingent Long-Term Opportunity in the Torrance CA or Marysville OH area.
Production Manager / Energy Operations Analyst
What does an Energy Operations Analyst do?
-Business operations for new Energy products including Honda Home Electrification HHE launch.
-Will be contacting/tracking/understanding/following up with participants of the HHE pilot as well as internal cross-functional team members.
-Will organize and execute processes for Business Operations responsibilities for launch of HHE.
-Will collect market data, organize and analyze the data, and clearly identify the market quality trend.
-Utilizing market data, will provide direction to the development and operations team for resolution to minimize customer impact.
The Operations Analyst will also propose, implement and be accountable for market action, including coordination, communication, and success.
Top 3 Required Skills Needed:
1. Professional demeanor to interface with vendors, customers and other external and internal groups, track responses to inquiries and progress of project. 2. Work in team to execute launch of HHE project and readiness for Business Operations.
3. Ability to document and help define processes and standard operating procedures.
Desired Skills:
-Strong skills with Excel, Email, Teams, Organizing, Professional communication, Business savvy.
Core hours to overlap with teams in Ohio and California as well as with customers throughout the U.S. Knowledge of Home Electrification and Electric Vehicle charging products a plus.
Daily scheduled; Mon-Fri 8:30-5
Possible remote position with some travel.
Pay rate starting at $35 per hour
This position is 40 hours per week and is considered a long-term contingent assignment for a qualified candidate demonstrating consistent, outstanding performance and motivation. Resume and work history required.
