  Title: Customer Service
  Pay Rate: $22 to $24hr.
  Hours: 8:30am to 4;30pm Monday thru Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Support the customer service experience team.
  • Perform administrative task.
  • Perform billing activities.
  • Participation in department meetings.
  • Must comply with privacy guidelines; will protect the privacy of customer information.
  • Other duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills using MS Office.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle calls.
  • Billing and/or accounting experience.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize a high volume of multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Shows initiative with a can do attitude and the ability to implement changes that will improve workflow.
  • Ready to learn and open to quick changes.
  • Insurance knowledge is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years of office or customer service experience required.
