Title: Customer Service
Pay Rate: $22 to $24hr.
Hours: 8:30am to 4;30pm Monday thru Friday
Responsibilities:
- Support the customer service experience team.
- Perform administrative task.
- Perform billing activities.
- Participation in department meetings.
- Must comply with privacy guidelines; will protect the privacy of customer information.
- Other duties and special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills using MS Office.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to handle calls.
- Billing and/or accounting experience.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize a high volume of multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Shows initiative with a can do attitude and the ability to implement changes that will improve workflow.
- Ready to learn and open to quick changes.
- Insurance knowledge is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of office or customer service experience required.
