Akron Company is expanding and in need of Customer Service Representatives.
1st shift
$15-$17 per hour to start.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about the products and services
- Setting appointments
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (this is NOT a sales position)
- Call center experience not necessary
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
