Our client, a policy think tank, is seeking a direct-hire Grants Manager, Foundations to join their team in Washington, DC!!
About You:
- 5+ years of government grants/funding experience required; experience with a nonprofit advocacy or policy-oriented organization is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficient in MS Office Products with the ability to work in integrated databases.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication and multitasking skills.

- Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

The Job:
- Manage the portfolios of prospective and current foundation funders.
- Conduct research and cultivate and steward new foundations.
- Coordinate meetings and briefings of staff beforehand.
- Prepare reports and draft, finalize, and submit proposals.
- Perform other duties and provide additional support as needed.
