Our client, a theatre that celebrates playwrights and gives them an artistic home, is seeking a Facilities Manager to add to their team in NYC. Hours are 10am-6pm and they are in office 5 days a week. This person will ensure that all facilities policies and procedures are incorporated effectively into the performance and events schedule. The firm offers great benefits including free tickets to shows on Broadway and all shows that they host.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with General Management to ensure all health and safety measures are followed
- Evaluate and implement solutions to onsite tech issues
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including projects and maintenance scheduling
- Support facilities team as they work closely with departments to coordinate resources
- Create and manage the facilities budget and review bid service contracts
Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of experience in a multi-use facility
- Must have knowledge of BMS, CCTV trouble ticket systems
- Must have working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
- Up to $80K base
